If you have difficulty seeing the Login Screen, such as Account Number and/or Password, you may need to Reset Your System Display Properties to Windows Standard or Classic Settings. Some Windows Themes, Screen Fonts and Sizes are NOT compatible with the displaying of our vendor's Online Consignor Status program! We suggest a resolution of 800x600 or greater, Windows Standard or Classic Display Settings and Internet Explorer v5.x or greater. Also, programs such as Web Shots and other display-controlling software, may cause problems. Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Internet Security and other such programs may also create display problems.
